Smoky Mountain Harmony Show Chorus is an award-winning group of thirty ladies who love to sing barbershop harmony! The a cappella chorus is a chapter of Sweet Adelines International, a worldwide organization of women singers committed to advancing the musical art form of barbershop harmony through education and performance. “Harmonize the World” is the organization’s motto.
In its eleven years as an official Sweet Adelines International chorus, Smoky Mountain Harmony has won its five-state regional contest three times and represented this region in Portland, Oregon; Phoenix, Arizona; and Detroit, Michigan at the International Competitions.

The group is represented by women from all over the Knoxville metropolitan area, as well as Oak Ridge, Crossville, and Morristown.

Inspired by the classic American film, It’s a Wonderful Life: A Live Radio
Play is performed as a 1940s live radio broadcast in front of a studio audience. The
actors perform the dozens of characters in the radio play as well as produce the
sound effects.

The cast includes Steve Orender, Anessa VanHorn, Clyde Armstrong, Kathy
Soja, Thomas Rodgers, Preston Clay, Jim Hevelone, Hunter Walden, Patty Jackson,
Abby Satler, Ashlyn Marler, Ava Fletcher and Nina Fletcher. It is directed by
Karen Slikker.
